1. Registration & Fees

• Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the registration fee.
• Training fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Batch Schedule & Attendance

• Students must attend classes regularly and on time.
• The training schedule (timing, days, and duration) may be adjusted as per institute requirements.

3. Discipline & Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and professionalism.
• Any damage to equipment or property due to negligence will be charged to the student.
• Misbehavior or misconduct may result in termination from the course without refund.

4. Certification

• A certificate will be issued only after successful completion and submission of all project work.
• A minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to receive the certificate.
• If a certificate or placement is not claimed within six (6) months of completion, students must pay the full training fees again to receive them.

5. Use of Institute Equipment

• All training panels, PLC kits, drives, and instruments must be handled carefully.
• Equipment should be used only under trainer supervision.
• If any institute material is damaged, the student must pay the original cost of the damaged item.

6. Placement Assistance (If Applicable)

• The institute provides placement assistance to eligible students after successful course completion.
• Opportunities are for Industrial Automation roles and may be located anywhere in India (Pan India).

7. Photography & Media Consent

• By registering, students grant consent to use their photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing or educational use.

8. Personal Belongings

• The institute is not responsible for any personal items lost, misplaced, or stolen.

9. Legal & Policy

• The institute reserves the right to modify terms & conditions without prior notice.
• The decision of the management will be final in case of any dispute.
